Refund Policy

While we provide a 100% refund on design services, certain conditions apply. Refunds are not available for custom or special packages, approved primary design concepts, finalized logos, developed and deployed websites, requested revisions, cancellations unrelated to the project, lack of communication for over two weeks, policy violations, approaching another provider for the same project, insufficient information in the creative brief, complete design changes, and if the refund request exceeds the specified time frame. We may offer a partial refund at our discretion if clients have approved multiple rounds of revisions.
